This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases made on ColoringFam (https://coloringfam.com). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
ColoringFam offers one-time credit packs that can be used to generate AI coloring pages.
- No Refunds After Use: Once credits have been used (partially or fully), the purchase is non-refundable.
- Unused Credits: If you have not used any credits from a purchased pack, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- How to Request: Email support@coloringfam.com with your account email and order details.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings → Billing page.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to subscription benefits until that date.
- No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in the current billing period.
- Within 48 Hours: If you subscribed by mistake or the service does not work as described, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 10 credits.
- After 48 Hours: Subscription payments are non-refundable after the 48-hour window. You may still cancel to prevent future charges.
- Renewals: Renewal charges are non-refundable. If you do not wish to be charged again, cancel before the renewal date.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Refunded credits will be deducted from your account balance upon approval.
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds outside of the above policy in cases of:
- Technical errors that prevented you from using purchased credits
- Duplicate charges
- Service outages that materially affected your ability to use the platform
